Saint isabel is the sister of saint louses and the daughter of King Louis V111 of France. Saint Isabel had refused many offers from nobles for her hand in marriage. She was dedicated to consecrating her virginity for God.

She also got a religious education but it didn't last for a long time. After nine days her body was exhumed after her death. Then is showed no signs of decay and many miracles had accrued at her grave.
